Our founder, Paul Mullen, has built his career around solving challenges in electronic product development, manufacture and certification. His passion for electronics began at a young age leading him to establish Panik Technology, a company that delivered expert electronic design services to inventors, startups, and businesses across the South West, and beyond, for over 21 years.
Paul’s reputation for excellence in turning ideas into market-ready products quickly grew. After the sale of Panik Technology in 2010, he went in search of his next venture, a business that offers an end-to-end product development solution. In 2012, he launched Cubik Innovation, a one-stop shop for electronic design, development, and manufacturing.
Building on the continued success of Cubik Innovation, Cubik Electronic Product Support (EPS) was born, expanding on Paul’s vision to support businesses through the challenges involved with the development, production and compliance requirements of modern electronic systems.
Today, Cubik EPS helps businesses navigate testing, certification, and regulatory approvals enabling them to bring their products to market efficiently. Compliance isn’t just a necessity it’s an integrated part of bringing great products to life.
